Garlic sauteed spinach

Ingredients :
Spinach -500 gms ,
Garlic - 6 to 9( small -whole ),
Olive oil - 1tsp ,
Salt - a pinch .
Method :
Discard the hard stem of the spinach and then wash and rinse three or four times .Let the  spinach  stay in the strainer for 5 minutes so that water is drained out .
Heat deep pan and add oil .Drop the garlic cloves in the hot oil .
After few seconds add the washed spinach .Toss the spinach after few seconds .
Lower the heat and cover for 1/2 minute .
As spinach wilts add a pinch of salt .Raise the heat and cook till  spinach water evaporates .
Close gas .
Spinach sauteed in garlic is ready .
Enjoy as a side dish to any meal of your choice .
