Ingredients:
Ripe mango - 1( peeled,minced and stone removed ),
Green chilli -1- minced,
Garlic clove -1 - minced,
Chilli sauce - 1tsp,
Vinegar - 2 tbsp,
Lemon - 1 ( juice ),
Fresh cilantro ( corriander leaves ) - 1tbsp-minced.
Method :
Peel the skin of the mango and slice out the ripe part on the cutting board.
With a knife chop it into small size .( run the knife over the mangoes as you mince onions )
Transfer into a bowl .
Put minced green chilli, minced garlic,chili sauce ,vinegar, lemon juice and fresh corriander leaves .
Mix with a spoon .
Taste and adjust accordingly.
Put in the fridge .
Mango salsa goes very well with sea food ,grilled chicken or fish .
