Sooji ka halwa ( semolina )

Ingredients:
Sooji or semolina -100 gms or 1 cup ,
Water -350 ml ,
Sugar -75 gms ,
Ghee - 2 tbsp ,
White cardamom- 2 ( seeds powdered ),
Dry fruits - few almonds,cashew nuts ( slivered),few raisins.
Method:
Sieve sooji or semolina in a plate and keep aside .
Heat pan and put ghee .As ghee heats up ,lower the pan and add sooji .Keep stirring on medium to low heat till sooji  is  roasted and not brown .
Add water .Keep stirring as the sooji will absorb all the water and then add sugar.As sugar dissolves,
 add some dry fruits . 
Close the gas when sooji is evenly mixed with nuts and sugar .
Sprinkle cardamom pwd and dry fruits .
Best eaten with puri and aloo bhunjia or aloo subji !
