Palak paneer

Ingredients :
Spinach or palak - a bunch or 600 gms ( blanched and pureed )
Cottage cheese or paneer - 200 gms (  cut into cubes ),
Onion-1 ,
Tomato - 2 ,
Green chilli -2 ,
Cumin pwd  -  1 tsp ,
Ginger garlic paste -1 tsp ,
Salt to taste ,
Oil - 2 tsp ,
Cream 2 tbsp .

Method :
Boil spinach in hot water for a minute and strain .Dip the spinach  in cold .Strain and run in a blender for a minute .Keep the puree in a bowl .
Cut onion ,tomato and green chilli and run it in the blender .Make a coarse paste .
Heat 1 tbsp oil in pan and stir fry the cubed paneer  ( 1/2 minute).Take out in a tissue paper .
In the same oil add ginger garlic paste with 1 tbsp of water .Stir fry till the ginger garlic paste turns pink .Lower the heat .
Add cumin  pwd and tomato onion chilli paste .Cook till the tomato sauce is dry .Add pureed palak and little salt .Stir and cover for 1 minute .
Add paneer cubes and 1 tbsp of cream .Cover and let it simmer on medium heat for 2 minutes .
Close gas and taste salt .
Take out in a bowl and pour 1 tbsp of cream .
Enjoy palak paneer with hot lachche paratha .
