Mushroom with peas

This is a very easy and and tasty dish where you dont have to spend to much of time frying and sauting.
Ingredients:
Mushroom -2 cups  ( sliced ),
Frozen peas -1 cup ,
Tomatoes - 2 medium ( chopped ),
Ginger garlic paste -1 tsp ,
Cumin seeds -1 tsp ,
Coriander pwd -1 and 1/2 tsp,
Turmeric pwd -1/4 tsp,
Red chilli pwd -1/4 tsp ,
Dry methi leaves -1 tbsp ( crush it with hand ),
Green chilli -( slit from the middle ),
Oil -1 tbsp,
Lemon -1 tsp ,
Salt to taste.
Coriander leaves for garnishing .
Method :
Heat oil in pan ,add 1 tbsp of oil. Put cumin seeds and let it change its colour.
Add the chopped tomatoes ,turmeric pwd ,ginger garlic paste ,coriander pwd ,cumin pwd ,red chilli pwd and green chilli .
Stir and then lower the heat and put on a lid .Let it simmer for 4 minutes .The tomatoes will be soft and tender and the sauce will be reduced to half .
Raise the heat to medium and then add the mushroom , peas and methi leaves  . Add salt .
Stir and then lower the heat and put on the lid .let it cook for 8 to 10 minutes .( Check if peas is tender ).
If peas is cooked, close the gas .
Add 1 tsp of lemon juice and sprinkle coriander leaves.
Taste salt .
Enjoy this vegetable with hot roti .
