Aloo Paratha

Ingredients :
Boiled potatoes - 400 gms ( mashed ),
Onion - 1/2 -1 tbsp ,
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp ,
Dried red chilli - 1 ,
Amchoor or dry mango pwd - 1 tsp ,
Green chilli -1/2 ( optional ) ,
Salt to taste , 
Oil - 2 tsp ,
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp - chopped.
Ingredients for dough:
wheat flour - 3 cups ,
Ajwain or carrom seeds - 1/2 tsp ,
Onion seeds - 1/2 tsp ,
Salt - 1/2 tsp ,
Oil or ghee - 1 tsp ,
Water for dough.
Method :
Boil potaoes and mash it and keep in a bowl .
Take oil in pan and add cumin seeds and red chilli .
Let  cumin seeds crackle ,then lower the heat and add onions .
Saute  for few seconds , then close the gas .
Take the bowl of mashed potatoes and add the sauted onion cumin mix ,amchoor or dry mango pwd ,green chilli chopped  ( if you like it hot )  ,salt and coriander  leaves .mix and let it cool .Taste salt .

Make atta dough   cover it and leave it for half hour .
Divide the dough  into equal size and make round balls .Fill  each ball  with  potato  mixture and roll it on board with a rolling  pin  , then  put them on tawa . Add some ghee and make  hot parathas on the tawa.
Enjoy your hot aloo parathas with plain curd .
