Egg Drop Soup

Ingredients :
Home made chicken broth- 500 ml,
Corn starch -2 tbsp ,
Water -3 tbsp to mix with corn starch,
Egg white  -2  (whisked ) ,
Tomato 1/2 diced ,
Water - 1 cup ,
Black  pepper - 1/2 tsp ,
Salt to taste .


Method :
Mix corn starch with 3 tbsp of water and keep aside .
Heat   pan  and pour the chicken broth with a cup of water .
Bring it to boil .
Add the diced tomatoes ,pepper pwd ,salt  and cornflour mix .
Stir and as the soup thicken close the gas .
Swirl the beaten egg to the  soup mix and stir  quickly  around with a laddle or spoon .
Close the lid for 2 minutes .
Taste salt .
