Roasted Tomato Chutney

Ingredients -
Tomato -4 ( medium size ) ,
Garlic-2 cloves (sliced),
Green chili -1(sliced),
Onion - half (finely chopped),
Mustard oil- 1 tsp or Olive oil ,
Salt to taste.


Method -
Take  a wiremesh and put the tomato on it and roast it on stove .
Keep it on fire till tomatoes  outer layer is burnt .Use a tong to turn the tomato upside down.
It should be evenly roasted.
Put  the roasted  tomatoes on a  plate and let it cool down.
Peel  off the outer skin which is burnt and discard it.
 Cut  the upper portion of the tomato which is hard and discard  it.
Use a fork to mash the roasted tomatoes.
Add the above ingredients to the mashed tomatoes .sprinkle salt.mix  and chutni is ready.
garnish with fresh corriander leaves .
